Choose and setup a saving destination for your scanned documents. E.g. Save to Sharepoint for Office 365, Save to SMB.  

Notes:  

1.

The saving destination may differ from your provider which based on your requirement, maybe you will not have the same destination as below, for example, no USB function and Email function for hospital and police station.  

2.

You may have your custom destination from your provider, that is not in the list below.
