How should I do when MobileOffice S410 Plus stop to scan?

Please check your DocAction status is connected or disconnected with scanner.If DocAction icon has a red cross on it, that is mean software disconnect with scanner.

  • Check the USB cable connection between the computer and scanner.
  • Make sure the scanner is power on (The green light on scanner will turn on when you connect USB cable properly).
If you can't find DocAction icon in windows system tray. Please go to windows "Start" and excute DocAction. Then it will show up in system tray.
