The scanner doesn't work properly when I press the start button. What should I do?

Please try the following steps:

1. Make sure the scanner is turned on.

2. Make sure Plustek OpticPro A320L is installed on your computer before connecting the scanner to the computer.

3. Disconnect your scanner from your computer, then reconnect it.

4. If you use a USB hub, connect the scanner directly to the computer.

5. Try a different USB cable.

6. Make sure you do not use a USB cable longer than 5ft (1.5m).

7. Try using a different USB port on your computer.
