What should I do if the scanner pop-up a message warns me "paper jam" during scanning?

1-1. Open the front cover toward you

1-2. Remove all the papers from feeding tunnel

1-3. Close the front cover tightly
1-4. Fan the papers and apply slight pressure to put on the feeder, then try again

2. The lifetime of the friction pad/roller is 20000/100000(scans). Please make sure the scanner is under this condition, otherwise, you need to replace them.
