When it shows "Not found Plustek OpticBook scanner", how should I do?

• 1.Please check the USB cable connection between the computer and scanner(Please try not to use USB hub).
• 2.Make sure the scanner is power on.
• 3.Make sure scanner driver is well installed. Then check Winodws Device Manager, there should be a scanner device exist under image device section.
