What should I do if there are lines on the scanned documents?

Normally the lines appears on the scanned images can be solved by cleaning the surface of glass and re-calibration.

Please perform the following steps to cleanning the scanner,

1.Please open upper cover of the scanner.

2.Use cleaning cloth to clean the surface of glass gently .

After cleaning, please calibration the scanner again.

1. Open "iKnow" software and click "Calibration" icon.
