How do I name a scanned document?

1. To click "Setup" on "File Name" setting, then you will see file name settings.There are several formats of file name rules here.

2. If you choose "Use operation system setting" , you can check the example format attached as below:

If you choose "User-defined" , you can check the example format attached as below:

3.You also can choose custom to customize the format as well . Moreover, please remember to click "ok" to save the settings, then your scanned image file will be named with your specific format.
