Google Drive: Why I can't scan to my Google Drive account?

Starting March 2026, Scan to Cloud for Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Evernote is no longer supported on eScan A280 / A350 Essential due to cloud service security updates.

Please check if your eScan is up to date.

1. To update eScan, please tap on "System Settings" then tap on icon.
