The eConnector software application shows "scanner not found" what should I do?


Please follow the instruction below:

1. Check your scanner connections. Make sure both the power adapter and the USB cable is both securely connected to the device and wall plug/PC respectively.

2. Check if the power switch on the back of the scanner is switched on.

3. Check to see if the scanner went into sleep mode by pressing on any button on the scanner panel.
