How to do when I get my scanner in the beginning?

Please try the following steps:

• 1. Make sure the Plustek scanner is turned on.
• 2. Make sure USB cable is well connected between Plustek scanner and computer.
• 3. If you use a USB hub, connect the scanner directly to the computer.
• 4. Install Plustek scanner driver from CD or website
• 5. Install eBookScan software from CD
