What should I do when DocAction is hidden on the bottom right corner with red X, and I can't open the software.
The red X means the scanner is not detected by DocAction, please check the following.
1. To check Windows Device Manager. If there's an unknown device been detected, then try to install a driver from CD or Plustek website.
2. If there is no scanner device been detected, please check the USB cable between the computer and scanner(Do not use USB hub). You can try to remove and re-plug in the USB cable again.
3. Make sure the scanner is power on.
