Built-in Intelligent Image Processing Features

When the document are scanned, images rotate automaticly according to the direction the text is facing.Apply the Auto Rotate in the Scan tab of the Scan Settings to enable automatic rotation.Please note that Auto Rotate may impact performance depending on the paper content, the language of the text, the speed of the scanner, the resolution and color mode selected, and the capabilities of your computer.

Enabling auto crop functions helps delivering completed images without black borders.

The process of auto deskew involves identifying and correcting scanned files in which the text or pictures have been rotated slightly. Deskewed images will have the text or images accurately and horizontally aligned.

Use Edge Fill to correct folded corners and jagged edges by filling them in with the color of the content in the surrounding area.

Enable the Continuous Scan function to scan numerous sets of documents and generate copies all at once. When adding a new stack of papers for scanning, this function allows you to save all scanned pages into one file, especially when you want to add another stack of papers for scanning.

Click on the text of "Continuous Scan" to select the number of seconds to wait for the next file.

Removes micro lines and circles from color print, especially on newspaper and magazine.

Click on the text of "DeScreen" to select the descreen level based on the paper type.

Merge Pages is one of the image processing features to keep your files organized and clear, especially when you scan with duplex papers or there's note written on the back.

Click on the text of "Merge Papes" to adjust the merge rules and direction.

*Please note that this feature will only availible when you choose duplex scan and disable "Remove Blank Page" feature.

Enabling this feature will start auto-detecting blank pages in a batch of documents while scanning and removing them. This function is beneficial when scanning documents in batches that contain blank pages.

Click on the text of "Remove Blank Page" to adjust the sensitivity of blank pages detection.

Punch holes are easily recognized by OCR as letters. It's crucial to remove them from your image. Additionally, they might be an eyesore, making your documents appear dated and unprofessional. You can eaisily remove them by enable "Remove Punch Holes" features.

Click on the text of "Remove Punch Holes" to adjust the color to fill with the punch holes.There are 2 color options, fill in the color by auto-detect the background or customized.
