How should I do when my computer or iKnow can not detect scanner?

If the scanner is not detected by iKnow, please perform the following steps,

1.Check the USB cable connection between the PC and scanner (please connect directly to the PC and avoid using USB hub).

- Make sure the scanner is power on.

- Please try installing the software manually.

(For Windows OS)

  • a. Right-click Windows Start icon and go to Device Manager
  • b. In the Device Manager, right-click on this scanner under "Other devices" and select "Update Driver Software"
  • c. Click "Browse my computer"
  • d. Select the folder under this path C:\Program Files (x86)\Plustek\Plustek MobileOffice D600 Plus which contains with this scanner’s driver package then press "Next".
  • e. It will show "Windows has sussessfully updated your driver".
  • f. Try to start scanning
