1.Check the USB cable connection between the PC and scanner (please connect directly to the PC and avoid using USB hub).
- Make sure the scanner is power on.
- Please try installing the software manually.
(For Windows OS)
- a. Right-click Windows Start icon and go to Device Manager
- b. In the Device Manager, right-click on this scanner under "Other devices" and select "Update Driver Software"
- c. Click "Browse my computer"
- d. Select the folder under this path C:\Program Files (x86)\Plustek\Plustek MobileOffice D600 Plus which contains with this scanner’s driver package then press "Next".
- e. It will show "Windows has sussessfully updated your driver".
- f. Try to start scanning
