What to do when SilverFast can’t detect the scanner under Windows system?

a. Please check the connection of USB cable (please avoid using USB hub)


b. Please make sure you turn on the power and the power light is on.


c. Open device manager on your computer, see if there’s scanner detected under imaging devices. If there is an exclamation mark in the icon, it means that the driver is not installed or the driver installation fails and needs to be reinstalled
