I want to downsize my scanned file, what should I do?

To downsize your scan file you need to :

1. Choose your Purpose as Email or File Utility then select your file format as JPEG, TIFF or PDF.

2. Click Properties button next to File Format.

3. Adjust your image/document quality from 1 to 10, if you need to decrease your file size please choose a lower number then click OK.

4. Choose a Destination Folder.

5. Click Scan( Color, Gray,Text) button, after scanning your file will appear at the selected folder.
