Gestion du papier fiable

La nouvelle conception de son chargeur automatique de document d’une capacité de 50 pages et d’une autonomie de 1500 pages par jour permet au SmartOffice PS286 Plus d’être utilisé par les applications nécessitant la numérisation de nombreux documents ou de cartes rigides.

Pièces d'identité et cartes professionnelles

Les cartes professionnelles peuvent être numérisées 20 à la fois en position portrait. Les cartes en plastique peuvent être numérisées une seule à la fois en position paysage.

 

Numérisation facile en appuyant sur un seul bouton

Le scanneur vient avec quatre boutons prédéfinis: monter, descendre, numérisation et mise en veille. Par exemple, vous pouvez créer des fichiers PDF (permettant les recherches textuelles), numériser en format courriel, numériser et envoyer sur FTP, traitement de reconnaissance optique de caractères (ROC), BCR, copier, ou classer des documents en appuyant sur un seul bouton.

Capacité de gestion du papier polyvalente

Compatible avec la plupart des applications d’imagerie, ABBYY FineReader Sprint est également inclus afin de créer et de rechercher des fichiers PDF interrogeables en toute simplicité, d’une simple pression sur un bouton.
