Conditions for buttons to work properly  

The following conditions are required for the on-screen DocAction Plus's execute menu to work properly.  

•

OCR: The OCR application program provided with the scanner driver must be installed on your computer.  

•

Scan: An application program must be selected to link with the Scan button.  

•

Copy: A printer must be connected and the printer driver has been correctly installed in Windows.  

•

eMail: A MAPI-compliant mail program must be installed on your computer.  

•

PDF: The OCR application program provided with the scanner driver must be installed on your computer.  

•

FTP: A FTP server must be correctly configured to connect with your scanner and your computer.
